SIMPLY CONDITIONING CLASS
AMRAP 20 minutes:
10 10arm DB OH Lunge step *per arm
20 Mountain climbers
30 Jumping jacks
10 Push ups 
20 1-arm DB Push press *per arm
30 Plank shoulder taps
