5-5-5-5-5 Deadlift *FINAL WEEK
– THEN –
AMRAP 10 minutes:
8 Wtd. box step up (hold 1 50/35# DB at chest to 24/20″)
16 Squats
8 Burpees
16 Mountain climbers
Then, at the 13:00 mark:
5-minute stretching flow

INDUSTRIOUS 30 CLASS
AMRAP 20 minutes:
7 DB Hang squat clean
7 DB Push press
14 Reverse sit ups
200m Run

PREMERA ON-CAMPUS WORKOUT (BNC)
AMRAP 20 Minutes:
400M Run
7 Burpee
14 Thruster
21 Spider Crunch
