INDUSTRIOUS 60 CLASS
3 Sets at a working weight:
1 Power clean & jerk *Week 1/8
– THEN –
7 Rounds:
7 SDLHP (95/65#)
7 Thruster (95/65#)
7 Burpees
7 Pull ups
*18 minute time cap

INDUSTRIOUS 30 CLASS
Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes:
30 Jump rope
20 Lunge steps
Max alt 1-arm DB snatch

PREMERA ON-CAMPUS WORKOUT (BNC)
On A 16 Minute Clock:
80 Lunge Steps (or 50 Squats)
Then, AMRAP with Remaining Time:
200m Run
15 Sit Ups
10 KB Swings
5 Push Ups
