Team Work Hard Live Fit training sessions continue TODAY from 1:30-3:00, and SATURDAY from 11:45am-1:00pmm! 

Remember that you MUST SIGN UP 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE, and there is a $10 fee for late cancels/no shows. The programming is written specifically for those athletes that are signed up, so it is imperative that we have an accurate roster ahead of time, and that everyone who is signed up shows up.
