In teams of two:
AMRAP 33 minutes:
50 Push ups
50 Power snatch (95/65)
50 Shoulder to OH (95/65)
50 Hang Squat clean (95/65)
400m Run
*Switch every 5 reps.
*For the run, each partner runs 200m – PLANK HOLD while your partner runs.
