Daily Workout

Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes:
3 Deadlift (heavier than last week, stay at working weight for all sets)
5 Dumbbell strict press (build to as heavy as possible)
– THEN –
3 Rounds:
Run 400m
8 Overhead squats (65% 1RM Snatch)
5 Bar muscle ups
*15 minute time cap

Congratulations to Industrious Barbell Club athlete Steph who competed at the American Open over the weekend! The American Open is a national weightlifting competition that was held in Dallas, TX, and Steph did great! Congrats on your second national meet Steph!!

We are excited to announce that we are adding a mobility class to our schedule! This has been a long time coming, and we are excited to be able to offer some time for you all to come into the gym and work on healing up those aches and pains, increasing your flexibility and mobility, as well as working to prevent any future injuries!

The class will meet on Wednesday nights from 8:00-9:00pm, and everyone is welcome! Please be sure to sign up in MindBody, just like you do for regular classes!
