8 Low-hang power clean (115/75#)
4 DB Push up + Row (40/25#) (Push up + row on each arm = 1 rep)
At the 11:00 mark:
In teams of 3, AMRAP 8 minutes:
25ft Shuttle run x 8 *each
25ft HS walk x 2 *each

INDUSTRIOUS 30 CLASS
AMRAP 20 minutes:
12 KB Swings
12 Lunge steps holding KB at chest
12 Calorie bike
12 Hanging flutter kicks
12 Lateral hops over KB
