On an 18-minute clock:
80 1-arm DB Clean & jerk *alternate arms every 10 reps
Then, AMRAP with remaining time:
20 Jumping squats
20 Russian twist w/ DB
20 Push ups
The 4th Annual Industrious WL Championships Meet is coming up THIS SATURDAY!! Sessions run all day from 8:00am – 8:00pm and admission for spectators is free! We encourage everyone to come check it out!
The gym will be CLOSED at 1:30pm on Friday (after the noon class) to begin setup for the event, and there will be no classes at the gym Saturday during the meet. We will run our regular class schedule on Sunday.
