Heavy for the day:
1 Power clean
1 Hang squat clean
1 Clean
1 Jerk
*Week 1/8
– THEN –
AMRAP 7 minutes:
9 Deadlift (225/155#)
30 Double unders
– Rest 3 min –
EMOM 5 minutes:
3 Strict pull up + 5 kipping pull ups
*scale as needed – decrease reps to 2+4 or 1+3

INDUSTRIOUS 30 CLASS
Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes:
5 Push ups
10 Squats
20 Jump rope
Max Burpees

PREMERA ON-CAMPUS WORKOUT (BNC)
AMRAP 18 Minutes:
200M Run
10 Push Ups
10 DB Hang Squat Clean
10 DB Push Press
20 Seated Heel Taps (over cones)
