6-round Tabata (3 minutes/6 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off per movement)
Bike
1-arm DB hang clean & jerk *alt arms every other 20 seconds
Box jump over (24/20”)
Toes to bar
D-ball over-the-shoulder (100/70#)
*Stay at same movement for one full Tabata round (3 minutes/6 rounds), then rotate to the next movement. Once you have done 3 minutes/6 rounds at each movement, that is ONE time through. Go through again for a second time through.
