2-2-2-2-2 Front squat *Week 3/3
-THEN-
EMOM 18 minutes:
Min 1: 10/7 Calorie Assault Bike
Min 2: 3 Ring Muscle ups
Min 3: 1 Snatch + 1 OH Squat
*Start at a medium weight and add weight to the snatch/OH squat as you go. Score is heaviest weight.

INDUSTRIOUS 30 CLASS
On a 20 minute clock:
5 rounds:
200m Run
8 Toes through rings or ring pull ups
8 1-arm DB Push press *per arm
8 1-arm OH Lunge step *per arm
20 Plank shoulder taps
Then with remaining time, max Alt 1-arm Devils press
