1 Jerk (205/135#)
Then, 100 Double unders
*15 minute time cap

INDUSTRIOUS 30 CLASS
AMRAP 4 minutes x 4
10 DB Deadlift (2 DB’s)
7 DB Hang Clean & jerk (2 DB’s)
5 Burpees
*Rest 1 minute between AMRAP’s. Pick up where you left off.
