*Each rep starts from the floor, with a Snatch Deadlift
– THEN –
AMRAP 10 minutes:
4 Toes to bar
8 Hanging flutter kicks
8 Hang power clean (115/75)
8 Front rack lunge step (115/75)
– Rest 3 min –
2 minutes at each:
Foam roll quad/IT band (1 min per leg)
Pigeon stretch (1 min per side)
Banded shoulder/lat stretch (1 min per arm)

INDUSTRIOUS 30 CLASS
AMRAP 20 minutes:
10 Devils press
20 Calorie run
30 Lunge step
