In teams of 3, AMRAP 6 minutes
Max bar-facing burpees
*switch every 6 reps

INDUSTRIOUS 30 CLASS
AMRAP 20 minutes:
20 Squats
10 Toes through rings or ring pull ups
20 Russian twist w/ KB
10 KB Swings
