3-3-3-3-3 Bench press *Week 4/8
– THEN –
Death by Thruster + Shoulder to OH (95/65#)
*Starting at 3+3
Min 1: 3 Thruster, 3 Shoulder to OH
Min 2: 4 Thruster, 4 Shoulder to OH

Min 6: 8 Thruster, 8 Shoulder to OH
Continue until you can no longer complete all reps within the minute.
Once you die, rest as needed then AMRAP until the 15:00 mark:
10 Lunge step
5 Ring dip
10 Sit up

INDUSTRIOUS 30 CLASS
AMRAP 20 minutes:
10 Calorie ski
15 DB push press
20 Sit ups
10 Calorie run
15 DB Front squat
20 Up-downs (Burpee without the push up)
