20 Calorie Run
20 Calorie Ski
20 Burpees

INDUSTRIOUS 30 CLASS
Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes:
10 Mountain climbers
8 Sit ups
6 jumping Lunge steps
Max 1-arm DB Push press *switch arms every 5 reps
