2 Front squat
2 Jerk

BODYWEIGHT STRENGTH
4 times through:
5 Tempo 1-legged deadlift *per leg
5 Tempo Split squat *per leg
*Tempo is 3-second descent + 3-second ascent

CONDITIONING
AMRAP 15 minutes:
50 Double unders or jumping jacks
40 Squats
30 Alt 1-arm DB Snatch
20 Push ups
