Then, 3 rounds:
15 OH Squats (95/65#)
200m Run
Then, 30 Over the bar burpees
*13 minute time cap
At the 16 minute mark: 2 minute wall sit

INDUSTRIOUS 30 CLASS
On a 20 minute clock:
200 Jump ropes
50 Burpees
Then, AMRAP with remaining time:
10 Squats
10 Ring rows
10 Sit ups
