INDUSTRIOUS 60 CLASS
5-5-5-5-5 Back squat *Week 8/8
– THEN –
AMRAP 7 minutes:
1-2-3-4-5-…etc.
1-arm DB Hang clean & jerk *per arm (60/40#)
*15 Double unders at each “-” mark
– Rest 3 minutes –
EMOM 8 minutes:
Even minutes: Max set of unbroken toes to bar
Odd minutes: 30-second plank hold

INDUSTRIOUS 30 CLASS
Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes:
10 DB Push press
10 Squats
10 Sit ups
10 Burpees
*Scale reps up or down as needed to have 20-30 seconds of rest per round
