Today marks the half-way point of our 10 week summer CrossFit Kids/Teens classes at CrossFit Industrious, and we have learned A LOT in this short time!
One of the coolest things we’ve seen day in and day out with these amazing kids is that the fundamental elements inherent to CrossFit that we as adults love and enjoy – the hard work, sense of community, and all the fun that we have in the gym and in our WODs – absolutely holds true with kids.

As we hit the half way mark in our first adventure running kids/teens classes at Industrious, the CrossFit Journal just posted an awesome video on CrossFit Kids’ Culture, and what amazing things are happening with kids in this program.
