Congratulations to Jon and Hallie on their brand new TWIN babies!! Alexandria and Samuel were born on September 9th just after 11:00pm, she is 5lbs 5oz and he was 6lbs 5oz. Mom and both babies are doing great! Congratulations you guys, we are all so happy for you!


Happy birthday to Kate, Morgan, and Pam! Kate has been with us for just about a month now, and Kate we have loved having you in classes! Welcome to the family!!! Morgan has been with us for over two years now, and is a staple in the early morning classes. Morgan you are amazing, and it has been awesome watching you progress over the last two years, and even workout with us at the gym through pregnancy! And Pam has been with us since the gym first opened in 2011 about 4 years ago! Pam you are one of the original members at the gym and we are so glad you have stuck with us all this time. You are a firecracker and we love having you at the gym! HAPPY BIRTHDAY LADIES!!!!
