INDUSTRIOUS 60 CLASS
In teams of 2, 2 times through:
50 Snatches + hang (95/65)
50 Toes to bar + front rack hold (95/65)
50 Thrusters (95/65)
50 Sit up w/ med ball toss (20/14)
50 Lateral bar hop
50 Push up
50 Jumping lunge step
*32 minute time cap

Snatches: one person works while the other hangs from the pull up bar. Switch whenever you want, but for snatch reps to count the other partner must be hanging. Go until you hit 50 total.

Toes to bar: one person works while the other holds the barbell in the front rack position. Switch whenever you want, but for toes to bar reps to count the other partner must have the barbell in the front rack. Go until you hit 50 total.

All other reps can be broken up however you want, one person works while the other rests.
