1 Hang snatch
1 Snatch

*Wear a weight vest!
*20 minute time cap

INDUSTRIOUS 30 CLASS
Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes:
12 KB Swings
6 Push ups
Max goblet squats w/ KB at chest

PREMERA ON-CAMPUS WORKOUT (MLT & SPO)
AMRAP 20 Minutes:
10 Sit Ups
10 Alt 1-Arm DB Snatch
10 Push Ups
10M Walking Lunge
200M Run
