3 sets at a working weight:
1 Power clean
1 Hang power clean
1 Hang squat clean
2 Jerk

BODYWEIGHT STRENGTH
5 times through:
3 Tempo split squats + 6 regular speed split squats *per leg
TEMPO: *5-second descent + 3-second pause in the bottom of each rep

CONDITIONING
9 rounds:
5 Worm walk + 2 push ups
10 Alt 1-arm DB Hang Squat snatch
20 Russian twist w/ DB
*Every 3 rounds, rest 1 minute
