We have some exciting changes happening at the gym!!!
Beginning NEXT MONDAY, OCTOBER 15th we will be adjusting our class schedule to accommodate our growth and respond to everyone’s feedback on what additional class times would be beneficial! Starting on the 15th the following changes will be made:
*There will be a 9:30am class Monday-Friday
*There will be a 6am and 7am class on Thursdays
*Evening classes on Mondays and Wednesdays will be moved to 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30pm (No 8pm Oly class on Mondays).
*Evening classes on Fridays will be moved to 3:30, 4:30, and 5:30
*There will be an Olympic Weightlifting class on Fridays at 6:30
The new schedule is up and running in MindBody, so you can start signing up for classes now!
In addition to adjusting our class schedule, we are also bringing on a new coach to help coach our growing athlete base at Industrious!
We are pleased to announce that PIPER LYCKE will officially begin her coaching internship with us today! Piper has been doing CrossFit since 2008, and has recently completed the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Course. While she has never played a coaching role before, she has expressed great interest in coaching with us and we see a lot of potential and talent in her, and so we are proud to be bringing her on board as an intern for the next 6 weeks!
We are excited about these changes and believe that they will help make everyone’s experience at the gym an awesome one, and continue the fun, positive, and INDUSTRIOUS culture in the gym!
