The 2018 CrossFit Games Season kicks off in just 4 weeks with the start of the CrossFit Open!! Once a week for 5 weeks CrossFit will announce an workout, and CrossFitters everywhere will complete the workout and submit their scores online!
We do the workout each weekend at Industrious – the main event is Friday Night Lights each week, where we set the gym up and run heats of the workout all night long under the lights. We want EVERYONE in the community to come and do the workout, judge, cheer each other on, and hang out each Friday Night!
We also have scheduled times to do the Open Workout each week on Saturdays and Sundays, so there is something for everyone!
There are divisions for athletes of all levels, and we want everyone in our community to participate in the Open! Whether you are a Teen, Masters, Scaled or RX athlete – we encourage you to register for the Open and participate!
